Ⅰ. Components description

1.     The sending card

DC 5V power input: DIP interface

Indicating lights of the power: the red light on for power up

Signal lights: the green light on after the signal being inputed

IU cable output: At output port 1

ID cable output: At output port 2

USB serial port: connected to the USB interface of the computer(RS232)

DVI input: connected to the DVI output of the graphics card



2.     The receiver card

Signal lights: the green light flashing after signal input

The indicating lights of power: the red light on for DC 5V power up

5 power input: DIP interface and Nut Block

HUB interface: connect the screen to the conversion card with the same signal

Automatic inspection: the inspection button when there’s no signal(inspection of scan,grey grade and single red、green、blue light)

A-    signal input: receiving signals from the output of sending card or the output of the previous receiver card.

B-signal output: signals transmitted to the next receiver card from.

3. The graphics card

VGA output: signal transmitted to the display

DVI output:  signal transmitted to the sending card 801

3、Load capacity

One sending card can support the max pixel:

Model801 : 1280×1024;    Model802: 2048×640

Two cards are cascaded:2048×1152;

Single network cable supports the max pixel:

Model801: 1024×640 、1280×512;

Model802: 1600×400、2048×320

一、First remove about 3 centimetres skin of the twisted-pair with the wire stripper.. The twisted-pair cable after being stripped off as the figure 1 shows .

Next,make each cable set in the right position.Both ends of the cable use the T568B standard.According to the icon,the lines should be set in certain order of color:1-white orange,2-orange,3-white green,4-blue,5-white blue,6-green,7-white brown,8-brown.).Pay special attention to this:the green line must be crossed by the blue line.Here it is likely to make a mistake,that is setting the white green line adjacent to the green one.And this will casuse crosstalk leading to lower transmission efficiency.Cut off the cable tidily,And then cut off the rested twisted-pair cable keeping about 15 mm.Then hinge the end.Put every twisted-pair cable into the pin of the crystal.The white orange line should be put in the first pin,and the rest ones can be set by analogy according to the order..The figure below shows the cable being set in right order.


NOTES:

1、Graphics card need to be set at the dual mode(That means the desktop 2 can be duplicated to desktop 1.).There will be no data transmission from the DVI output if the graphics card hasn’t been setup.

2、The USB serial cable should be connected to the computer.If not,it will prompt that “can not find the hardware”when running the LED software.

3、Status of the lights of the send card:Red lights for power should be on,and green lights for signal should be blinking.

4、The output of the send card has the priority of connecting to the U interface(U interface are the first output as default).The A interface of the receiver card is for “signal input”,and the B is for “signal output”.

5、Status of the lights of the receiver card:Red lights for power should be on,and green lights for signal should be blinking.The two status shows  power-supply is normal and there are signals inputed.

6、If all of above descriptions are normal,the LED display works normally.
